Authority Under Privacy Act 1988 (as amended). Notice of disclosure of the Buyers Credit Information to a Credit Reporting Agency.

Cortani Interiors informs the applicant (in accordance with section 18E(8) (c) of the Privacy Act (“the Act”), and the applicant acknowledges, that items of personal information about the applicant (including information in this application and information arising through the conduct of the account), and permitted to be kept on a credit information file, might be disclosed to a credit reposting agency. The applicant irrevocably and specifically agrees:

• (a) For the purposes of Sections 18K (1) (b) and 18K (1) (h)
  of the Act, that a credit reporting agency may disclose
  personal information from the applicant and for the
  purpose of the collection of payment that is overdue in
  respect of credit provided by Cortani interiors.

The Buyer agrees that payment of the account will be made within 7 days or as advised by Cortani Interiors.

The buyer agrees that in the event their payment is in default, the buyer indemnifies Cortani Interiors against all its collection costs and legal costs/expenses as a result of the matter being referred out to a mercantile/collection agent and or solicitor for recovery.

The buyer acknowledges that it is Cortani Interiors policy to list a default with Credit Reporting Agency if the debt is unpaid. This will remain in effect for 5 years and may affect any future credit.

The ownership of all goods and materials supplied by Cortani Interiors shall not pass to the buyer and will always remain the property of Cortani Interiors until all goods supplied by Cortani Interiors are paid for by the buyer.

Further in consideration of the above mentioned terms, the buyer authorises Cortani Interiors and/or its authorised agents to enter upon the buyers premises or its customers premises, and whilst in the buyers possession or control, retake possession of products for which the payment has not been received by Cortani Interiors whether such products are in their original or altered form or admixed with any other product of the buyer or any other party.

The price is subject to sizes and specifications. Any variation thereto will be charged at rates in force as at the date of the order. The details in this order are correct and this order is not subject to any verbal agreement between Cortani Interiors or representative thereof and the purchaser.

Removal of shower screens and/or mirrors are at the owner’s risk.
