Order Process

1. Make your Selections
Browse our website to find the product that best fits your design, needs, and budget. You can add your item to a wish list, or when you are ready to purchase and/or request a quote, add your item to the shopping cart.
2. Place your Order
Once you are ready to purchase, go to the checkout and follow the instructions to submit your order or request for quote.
3. Measure & Confirmation
If your product requires installation, a Cortani representative will contact you to schedule a date and time for an in-home measure* and confirmation of the final quote. We require a 50% deposit on all products that include installation. Products that do not require installation require full payment.

If your product does not require installation, a Cortani representative will confirm your order and ship to your nominated address.

Please note: A measure can only be achieved once all tiling is complete in a bathroom.
4. Manufacture
Your new shower screen, mirror, wardrobe, or splashback will go into production taking approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture.
5. Installation
Once the shower screen is ready to be installed, a Cortani representative will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time for installation.

Selected products not requiring installation can be purchased and shipped directly to you. Shipping costs vary depending on the item selected. Simply add your item to the cart to view the shipping fee.

Selected products not requiring installation can be collected from our headquarters in Narangba. Please find more information here.

If your order has not been picked in our warehouse, we can change your shipping address. Please contact us 1800 826 489 or info@cortani.com.au. Please note that the change in address may not appear in your online account.
